Being a vegetarian, it has always been really difficult to find egg-free cakes or any egg free dessert. So one day I thought I’m going to experiment making eggless cakes and that’s how it all started.
I started baking for family birthdays and was always flooded with compliments. I was always getting told I should get into baking professionally but didn’t give it much notice as I thought being a full time mum, this might be impossible.
One day I went out and bought a piping bag and some nozzles and decided to bake and decorate cupcakes and that’s where my love for cupcakes grew.
A friend asked me if she could place an order for some cupcakes and I was delighted. So I decided that this is what I want to do for a profession.
I have always wanted to be my own boss and that dream has finally come true.
I started to see cupcakes everywhere and my passion grew stronger and stronger
I was so bored of seeing the same type of birthday cakes in the shops, simple white cream with fruit slices and I wanted to do something different with a twist. So one day I was browsing the net and came across the Giant Cupcake and thought I’d give this a try. I was so amazed at the final results that I wanted to bake more and more.
My cupcake obsession continued to grow and I started experimenting cupcake bouquets all shapes and sizes.
