A: Yes! All orders are baked fresh on the day of despatch to ensure they are as fresh as possible when you receive them.

Q: Where do you make the cupcakes?
A: Our cupcakes are all baked in our own kitchen at home. Each cupcake is given the care and attention it deserves

Q: How long do your cupcakes stay fresh?
A: Our cupcakes are baked using only the finest ingredients. The sponge of our cupcakes are very light and moist, so the cupcakes can stay fresh for up to 3-4 days.

Q: How is it best to store my cupcakes?
A: It is best to store cupcakes in a cool, dry place. Please note that some of our decorations are handmade with icing and if they are kept too warm will melt.

Q: How much notice do you need to produce an order?
A: We normally require at least a week’s notice, especially if you require a special theme. However we will always do our best to get you an order together at the last minute if something crops up out of the blue!
